Pushed HP5

I wanted to try some evening ballgame shots with the FE2 and knew I would have to push process to get to the 1/250th shutter speed to stop the action. I loaded a roll of Ilford HP5 and set the ISO on the FE2 to 1600 for a two stop push hoping for decent results. I shot the roll in one evening and developed in XTOL at 72.5F for 11 minutes per the HP5 tech pub. I was very impressed with the results, much less grain than i anticipated and contrast was fine. Scanned at 2000 dpi on a Nikon CoolScan V ED.
